CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS

Parahil Builders has been influencing the next generation of workplace environments for over 40 years. In that time, we have provided construction services for more than 15 million SF of capital improvement projects.

We created a brand-new kitchen at Hadlow Rural Community School, a project that saw the team deliver structural works to create a kitchen space fully equipped with catering and plant machinery within a live school environment in just four months. 

A first for the community school, the new kitchen means that Hadlow Rural Community School can now prepare all meals on site having previously relied on the next-door college to supply meals for the school’s 420 students.  

The Farming Futures Sustainability Hub at Coleg Cambria Llysfasi is designed to provide comprehensive support to learners and the wider agricultural community in their pursuit of sustainable farming practices. This state-of-the-art facility will feature soil laboratories, a demonstration theatre, café, and dedicated learning zones. Additionally, the Hub will serve as a platform for industry partners in engineering, forestry, and countryside management to showcase the latest technological advancements in their respective fields.
