Karen re-joined Read as Director in 2016 after a period working internationally for global PQS consultancies. As Director Karen oversees many areas of the business, but her passion is on people development, ensuring the business has a motivated.

He previously served as Chairman of the Coast for Capital LEP, sits on the Advisory Board of the Judge .

COMMERCIAL DIRECTORWil joined Parahil Builders in 2005 as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, progressing through the company to his position today. Wil holds overall responsibility for the Read commercial team, supporting. He is a Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey, and served as High Sheriff.
